2. I advanced an order for a specific time example 11:45am. Will that mean it will be here at exactly that time?

We try to meet or beat any advance order placed. We cannot account for backed up restaurants, traffic or other orders we may be currently working on. 

3. I paid by credit card, why do I see an extra charge in my bank account for one order?

Your credit card is charged more than your order amount as a "pending" transaction. This allows us to add any customer-requested items or tip to the original transaction/order. Once the order is finalized, the payment will be captured for the exact amount.

4. Should I tip my driver?

Your driver works for delivery fees and your gratitude. They make every effort to earn your consideration through professionalism in appearance, demeanor, and attention to detail, all while facilitating your delivery and transporting your food with care. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

5. How far do you deliver?

We deliver up to 20 miles from any restaurant on our site in Thomasville and surrounding areas. Try your zip code in the address bar. 

6. There is inclement weather will I still get my order?

MealMan will not accept orders to deliver in inclement weather, because there have been some instances where we were not able to. 

Ø If you've placed an order at a restaurant and it is closed due to severe weather, your order will be canceled, and you will be refunded.

Ø Some restaurant partners may close early due to the weather warnings or are unable to prepare food due to a power outage. Power outages may disable refrigerators, freezers, and interrupt phone and internet service all due to storms. If severe weather conditions are present in your preferred delivery area, we may not be able to complete our delivery safely.

7. What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Food items on the website are displayed showing Cash Prices.

8. How do I find out the delivery fee to my address?

From the main page of the website, enter your zip code, and complete address. Then as you select an item from a restaurant menu, the delivery fee will be calculated for that restaurant to your address. The delivery fee will vary based on your address and the restaurant that you choose. 

Fee Break Down: 
Delivery fees are mileage based starting at $4.00. After 4 miles delivery goes as follows 5-10 miles 0.75 and $1.00 up to 20 miles. Due to the unexpected rise in gas prices, we have added 0.50 per miles up to 3 miles.

Please make sure to have a Correct phone number when making an account. If we cannot reach you for whatever reason regarding your account, your order will not be placed. This is to ensure that your order is accurate. We like to work smarter, not harder.

Please make us aware of any food related allergies that could cause you to become ill before placing your order.
